Garvasana

A. Method -  Sit in the Padmasana. Keep both hands up to the elbows between the legs. Keep the palms of both hands on your cheeks and look forward. Normal Breathing - Change legs 30 seconds, 4 times. 

B. Notable - Under the chin, the wrists of the two hands should rest on each other. Try to keep the back as straight as possible. The hands should be covered between the knees and the legs, not the back of the hips.

C. Benefits -

 1) Hand, leg and knee exercises are done.

2)  Liver and digestive system work well. 

3) Constipation is cured.

4)  Defects of the uterus and prostate gland - removes.


Bajrasana

A. Method - Bend your knees and sit on it with both legs slightly apart. Match the soles of the feet. The knees will be joined and the toes of the two feet will be attached to each other. Align the spine and place both hands loosely on the knees. Do it 3 times in 1 minute. If there is pain in the legs at first, match the legs for a short time (15-20 seconds). After 4 days of practice, keep on stretching for 4-5 minutes. Breathing is normal. 

B. Noticeable - shoulders and arms will be quite loose. Shoulders should not be high or stiff. 

C. Benefits

1) For those who suffer from indigestion, heartburn, constipation, etc., 5-10 minutes after eating this sitting habit is especially useful for them. 

2) The abdominal muscles are relaxed and stretched during the Bajrasana position. As a result, the performance of the internal organs of the stomach is increased and food is easily digested. 

3) Regular practice increases digestion. 

4) Leg pain, sciatica helps to cure arthritis. 

5) Reduces excess thigh fat. 

6) Leg nerves - muscles are strong. It is useful for such people to work standing for a long time. 

7) If you feel pain in your legs after standing for a long time or for any other reason, you can relax for a few minutes. 

8) Sleep is better if you sit in bed just before bed at night and practice Bajrasana.
