Purna Supto Bajrasana

A. Method - Sit in Bajrasana. Stand with your knees bent. Lean back slightly, bring both hands forward and hold the knees. Now gently lean back and rest the palm of the head on the soles of the feet. Hold the knees quite tightly. Breathing is normal. Do it 3-4 times 3-4 sec each. 

B. Notable - There will be a pair of knees and hips. Do not let the weight of the body fall on the head.

C. Benefits -

 1) The flexibility of the spine is greatly increased. 

2) The size of the chest cage increases.

3) Regular practice does not cause asthma.

4) The waist is a good exercise.

5) Reduces excess fat. 

6) The muscles of the thighs, arms, shoulders and back are strengthened. 

7) Eliminates hunch backs. 

8) The work of the parathyroid gland is good.

Ardha kurmasana

A. Method - Sit on the Bajrasana and raise both hands above the head. Slowly lean forward and rest your forehead and nose on the ground. Move forward with both hands in a salutation. Do it 3 times in 1 minute. Breathing will remain normal.

B. Note - If there is a gap between the abdomen and the thighs, fold it with a thin pillow or sheet. The ass will be stuck in the asshole. 

C. Benefits -

 1) This seat is especially useful for indigestion, loss of appetite, heartburn, flatulence, etc. 

2) Due to diarrhea, thin bowel movement, etc., the internal organs of the stomach become weak and the absorption of water in the food is not proper. With the practice of Ardhakurmasana, the internal organs of the stomach return to normal function, so that the excretion of the watery part becomes proper and helps to cure diarrhea, giardia etc. 

3) Liver fault and errors eliminated.

4) Leg and knee exercises are done.
