The Purpose of Yoga Practice

 We have a special purpose or goal behind any work.  There is less chance of success in aimless work.  Therefore, it is important to decide before you start practicing yoga - why yoga can help you lose weight, lose weight, grow taller, stay dormant and relaxed, get a test score, improve your body, improve your concentration and so on.  Or can be practiced for multiple reasons. 

 Many people practice yoga just because it feels good.  After determining the purpose of the practice, the seats have to be selected as per the need.  It is not right to go to different types of seats every day without any purpose.  

If the goal is fixed, it is possible to continue the yoga practice for a long time;  Otherwise, after a few days, it will not feel good and it will end in jealousy. 

 If there is an urge to reach a specific goal or if there is a sincere effort to fulfill the purpose, the yoga practice will become more enjoyable and meaningful.  Physically and through well-planned regular seating habits mental improvement will also be accelerated.

 Another advantage of regular seating practice is setting goals in this way.  Hall, after gaining the benefits, will increase the confidence in Jaeg and will be the inspiration for long-term practice.  

It is important to keep in mind that the postures and postures of the seat are such that even if you practice for a specific purpose, many other benefits are automatically found.

So not tomorrow, from today.  Those who have not yet begun to practice yoga, however, are quite interested in this practice, start yoga today because it is the day that you should think as a perfect day.  Trouble may not start tomorrow, if you can start today, it will be much easier to make time tomorrow.  So even if only for a short time, the beginning is today.
