Janushirasana

A. Method - Sit with two legs straight. Fold the right leg and attach the right groin to the left groin. Raise both hands over the head from both sides. Slowly lean forward and use both hands to press the left foot slightly below the big toe. Try to keep your head on your knees and your elbows on the ground. After staying like this for a while, change your legs, that is, bend your left leg and keep your right leg straight. 20-30 sec. Do it 6 times.

B. Notable - Try to hold the foot quite pressed. The knees of both feet should not rise off the ground. Hands and elbows will be tight.
