Trivuja Asana, Salvavasana and Half Shalvasana or one foot Shalvasana

Trivuja Asana

A. Method - Lie on your back and bend your legs like a full-bodied Full Bhujanga Asana and keep it close to your head. Now first bring the right foot and then the left toe under the chin. The big toes will stick side by side. After the chin is firmly attached to both the legs, raise the right hand and the left hand in a salutatory manner. 

B. Note: There will be a very tight fit on both hands. When leaving, be careful to leave slowly. 

C. Benefits -

1)  The spine is flexible.

2)  Neck and shoulder exercises are done. 

3) Eliminates physical inertia and laziness.


Salvavasana 

A. Method - Lie on your back with your palms facing the floor and your hands under your thighs so that your elbows do not break. Keep your knees together and your feet raised from the ground to one-and-a-half feet. The toes will be quite tight. The chin will be stuck to the ground. Do it 4-5 times for 20-25 sec . Breathing is normal.

 B. Noticeable - There is no need to be picked up the legs more . There will be a difference in the benefits of raising more. .

C. Benefits -

3) It is not difficult to stand or work long distances.

Half Shalvasana or one foot Shalvasana. 

A. Method - Lie on your back and place both hands under your thighs like a salvavasana. Lift the left leg one and a half feet without breaking the knee. The right foot will be on the ground. Practice changing in the same way. Stay 30-40 seconds at a time, keeping breathing normal. Do 3 times on each leg and 7 times. 

B. Note -  The waist should not rise from the ground while licking the feet.
